University of the Philippines Los Baños – Office for Institutional Development in Higher Education (UPLB-OIDHE) is envisioned to provide strong leadership and a robust support system in the development of higher education in the Philippines. In order to connect, collaborate, and capacitate HEIs, OIDHE is also instrumental in providing avenues for partnerships and linkages in terms of academic research and publication. To date, OIDHE has received intents from various faculty members of partner HEIs to publish their scholarly works in academic and scientific journals housed in UPLB.
